Built in the 18th century, this delightful country house is situated in its own grounds, surrounded by mixed woodlands. It is to be found up a single track road one mile from the conservation village of Barr. It is superbly placed for outdoor activities with woodland walks and mountain bike trails in the vicinity.

On entering at ground level, is the welcoming hall, a country style kitchen with dining for up to 12 adults, a drawing room with a wood burning stove, a games room with pool table, a library, a bathroom and a utility room. The bedrooms are situated on the levels above, and on the first floor is a master double room with en-suite bathroom, one double room, two twin rooms and a bathroom. On the top floor is a family room, with a double bed, a single bed and a trundle bed. Features of the house include the original wood shutters, the wood burning stove, the games room and the renovated farmhouse kitchen.

Within its own 3 acres of private grounds, this house is full of history and is a wonderful place to go on holiday.
