What if I like the look of a self catered property but want all the trappings?

Q. Can someone organise my party?
A. If you want to hold a special house party, or have a group of friends or family stay in the one house to celebrate a special event, perhaps a 40th birthday party, a Golden wedding anniversary, or to receive nuptials - then it may be worth considering booking one of our fully catered properties.
The staff who manage these establishments are professionals used to organising a myriad of events and who will not be phased by any request you might throw their way.
They will organise the catering for you, the cleaning for you - even the chauffeuring! If you want fireworks, they will supply fireworks. If you want a Scottish Piper they will find a Scottish Piper. If you want activities - you will get activities.
The point behind a fully catered property is its sheer luxury and indulgence. You get all the trappings of being in a first rate hotel but with the exclusivity of being the guest of honour in someone's private residence.
Q. What if I like the look of a self catered property but want all the trappings?
A. Most of our self catered properties can be easily converted into a fully catered residence if that is what you want. If you would really like to have everything organised for you - right down to the food shop, then contact our office and tell us exactly what you want and we will be able to help.
Q. Do I have to stay a minimum number of nights?
A. This can depend on the individual property, but in some you can spend just one night, others depending on the season and time of the year may require a minimum of two nights.
Q. Will there be other people staying in the same property?
A. No.
All our fully catered properties will only accept bookings on an exclusive use basis with a minimum group requirement (anywhere from 8 to 18) depending on the property.
We will always quote the minimum group rate including breakfast & VAT and will advise in the quote what the additional per person per day cost will be should the group exceed the minimum number.
Q. Why would I book a fully catered property?
A. These properties are often luxury personified. They come armed with a professional team of staff from chefs to housekeepers, who will ensure that you and your guests have a magical time. Their attention is to detail and they have the knack of dissolving into the background when they feel their presence is not required.
If you wish to hold any of the following, but need the help (particularly catering) yet wish for the sort of privacy and personalised service a hotel cannot offer, then perhaps this is the right option for you.
